Amanda is a mother of 5 boys, Studied Classical Archeology, excavated in Israel, is terrified of Spiders, Loves Sarah J Maas Novels!

AMANDA ROMAN

FOUNDER & CEO

Amanda Roman, CEO of Domina Consulting, is known for her expertise in working with small to medium-sized businesses, offering tailored plans and collaborating with local resource providers. She plays a pivotal role as a liaison between government agencies and underrepresented communities, facilitating connections and opportunities for businesses. Amanda’s commitment to community development is demonstrated through her active involvement in non-profit organizations and various board positions. With a strong leadership background and a diverse education in Classical Archeology, Geospatial Science, and Religion, Amanda brings an interdisciplinary approach to her work. Her experience in banking, payroll/HR consulting, and project management highlights her business acumen in complex industries. Notably, she has successfully integrated certified payroll platforms and led key roles in construction projects, showcasing her project management skills. Additionally, Amanda provides training and ensures compliance for Trinal Inc.’s certified payroll system as a subcontractor. Overall, Amanda Roman is highly regarded for her expertise, dedication, and community-driven solutions, making her an invaluable resource in her field.

Abimael Roman

CO - FOUNDER

Abimael brings over 15 years of construction experience and a profound understanding of small business construction as the Co-founder of Domina Consulting. His expertise spans blueprint reading, estimating & bidding, obtaining permits, and compliance with regulations. With a well-rounded background in concrete work, landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, and other building trades, Abimael approaches projects from a multidisciplinary perspective. As a decision maker and instrumental figure in Domina’s development, he has successfully built networks, led marketing initiatives, and delivered exceptional client service. Leveraging his skills and experiences, Abimael drives innovation, fosters strong partnerships, and achieves outstanding results, making him a valuable asset in realizing Domina’s vision.

Shelby Torres

Chief Operating Officer

Shelby Torres is an accomplished operations professional with an impressive track record in streamlining both warehouse and manufacturing operations and implementing best practices. As an Operations Supervisor, Torres adeptly manages company operations in line with forecasts and enforces strict safety standards, demonstrating a robust capability in both strategic oversight and safety management. Torres’ specializes in enhancing operational efficiency with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, cost analyses, and vigorous safety audits. With hands-on experience resolving equipment issues, supervising production lines, and ensuring quality across multiple roles, Shelby’s strong leadership is characterized by a focus on achieving targets and cultivating a culture of safety and efficiency. With a background that encompasses key operational roles,Torres is proficient in troubleshooting, quality assurance, and maintaining rigorous standards in fast-paced environments. Currently enriching operations acumen with studies in Business Administration, Torres brings a powerful blend of academic insight and practical leadership to the forefront of operational management. A member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Shelby Torres offers an unwavering dedication to excellence and a deep-seated expertise that will propel any organization’s operational capabilities to new heights. Veronica Valadez is a valuable member of Domina Consulting, serving as the Multicultural Client Engagement Coordinator. With her impressive skill set and extensive experience in customer relations, Veronica plays a crucial role in connecting with underutilized business enterprises and facilitating their certification process with federal, state, and local agencies. Her proficiency in English, Spanish, French, and Italian enables her to excel in cross-cultural communication, ensuring effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds. Having lived in multiple countries, Veronica possesses a deep understanding of different cultures, which enhances her ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, she serves as the Certified Payroll Manager on one of Domina’s current contracts, expertly handling the Global Payroll Tracking System (GPTS) platform. With over 20 years of experience, a focus on productivity, sales, client engagement, and expertise in management, payroll, human resources, loan processing, and security, Veronica brings a wealth of expertise to Domina Consulting.

I am a social media manager and love working with companies on their digital presence. I look for captions and develop content that people will want to read and share, and also create visuals for companies and brands. I graduated from UW-Parkside with a BA in Business. I always loved creating things but my passion for social media developed when I discovered how marketing effectively on social media can help businesses reach their full potential. When I am not creating something I enjoy doing all things active and spending time outdoors.
