Domina Consulting’s principal brings a decade of experience consulting small businesses. We are a women & minority owned firm that is dedicated to helping underserved communities & underutilized businesses thrive through our services and resources. Since our launch in 2021, we have experienced impressive growth and offer services to a wide range of clients, from small to medium-sized businesses to large corporate and government entities. In addition to providing consulting services, we also offer Diversity & Inclusion consulting and outreach & engagement support for major construction projects. Our position stands at the intersection where small businesses, governments, organizations, and communities meet. This unique model allows us to make a real impact in the communities we serve.

COMPANY HISTORY
As an educated, professional, involved and connected member of the community, Amanda began receiving frequent requests from local business owners and government agencies seeking support for various types of business-related concerns such as payroll, contracts, registration, structuring, etc. Amanda began providing technical assistance and certification services. Domina Consulting was born from the need of 1:1 business support for underserved persons. Since then the company has evolved to fit the ever demanding needs of the current economic atmosphere.
COMPANY HISTORY
As of August 2023, Domina Consulting holds two major contracts with Racine County and one with Trinal Incorporated, and serves 63 small business clients. Proposals have been submitted for a total of $532,400 for 2024-2026 for one contract. In addition companies are reaching out to Domina Consulting to ask if there is interest in contracts. Domina is partnered with RCEDC to offer a 3-part webinar series to reach more business owners, more quickly, and more efficiently. This will produce more revenue in a shorter amount of time and be at a frequency of every 5 weeks. Our growth is beyond anything we have imagined at this stage and are dreaming bigger and better for our future as a company.
